            Indokargo must receive or collect some information to operate, provide, improve,
            understand, customize, support, and market our Services, including when You install,
            access, or use our Services.

            Our services have optional features which, if used by You, require us to collect
            information to provide such features. You can choose to accept or deny our permission.
            If You denied to provide information needed to use our feature, there might be inconveniences
            with our services. For example, if You denied to share Your current location, we might need
            to call You to deliver Your products.

            Information You Provide:

                    <p><b>Your Account Information.</b></br> You need to provide your mobile phone number and / or email 
                    to create indokargo account. If You do not provide this information, You won't be able to create Your account with us.
                    You can also add profile picture for your account.</p>

                    <p><b>Your Personal Information</b></pr> We might collect Your Personal Identification Data.
                    Especially when You need to use our application for financial transactions, or when You work for us
                    to deliver products or cooling units.

                    <p><b>Your Messages.</b></br> If You use our message's feature, we will store them at our database 
                    to ensure the company can improve its performance and can serve Your problems optimally.
                    For example, when driver and customer chats using indokargo's messaging feature for asking
                    their problem on delivery.</p>

                    <p><b>Transactions and Payments Data.</b></br> If You use our payment services,
                    we proccess additional information about You, including payment account and 
                    transaction information. Payment account and transaction information needed to complete the transaction.</p>

                <li><p><b>Customer Service and Other Communications.</b></br> When You contact with Customer Service or otherwise, 
                    communicate with us, You may provide us with information related to Your use of our Services, include copy of Your messages,
                    any other information You deem helpful, and how You contact us. For example when You report to us problems related to Your
                    cooling units via app or whatsapp or email.</p>

            You agree not to submit any inaccurate or misleading information, and You agree to any inaccuracies of alterations of such information
            We reserve the right to apply further documentation to verify the information submitted by You.

    <li> <h4>Collection of Other Data</h4>
        <p>
            We collect your location information in our mobile application with technology like Wi-Fi, GPS, etc. We use them for, 
            but not limited to, tracking current position of employee which run in background. We use the corresponding location 
            data to track product delivery or store visit by our field representatives. This is done to ensure the quality
            of our services.

            As with almost every websites and android applications, Your device sends information which may include data about You that logged
            by a web server when You browse our Platform. This typically includes without limitation Your device's Internet Protocol (IP)
            address, computer/mobile device operating system and browser type, type of mobile device, the characteristics of the mobile
            device, the Unique Device Identifier (UUID) or Mobile Equipment Identifier (MEID) of Your device, and 'cookies' to store login
            information.

            We keep every survey answered or photo taken which are sent to us. And we also retain the rights to show these data to
            other parties which we consider rightful or need the said data. For example, but not limited to, customers, distributors,
            or suppliers related to said survey.

            Our platform use cookies to distinguish You from other users of our Services. This help us to provide You better experience
            when using our services. You can disable cookies in Your browser / devices, but You may not be able to use full functionallity
            of our Platform and Services.

                    To respond to legal processes to comply with or as required of aplicable law, governmental or regulatory requirements of any relevant
                    jurisdiction or where we have a good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary, including, without limitation, meeting the requirements 
                    to make disclosure under the requirements of any law binding on Indokargo or on its related corporations or affiliates (including, where 
                    applicable, the display of Your name, contact details and company details).

                    Any other purposes which we notify You of at the time of obtaining Your consent

            You acknowledge, consent and agree that Indokargo can publish or store Your Account information if required to do so by law or governmental
            or regulatory authority having jurisdication over Indokargo or in a good faith belief that access preservation or disclosure is reasonably 
            necessary to: (i) fulfill legal processes, (ii) fulfill requests from government authorities or regulators as well as those who
            have jurisdiction over Indokargo, (iii) enforce the Indokargo Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy, (iv) respond to any claims
            threatening or actual against Indokargo or other claims that a content violates the rights of third parties, (v) respond to your requests 
            for customer service, or (vi) protect the rights, property or personal safety of Indokargo, its users and/or the public.

            As the purposes for which we will/may collect use, disclose or process Your personal data depend on the circumstances at hand, such purpose
            may not appear above. However, we will notify You of such other purpose at the time of obtaining Your consent, unless processing of the
            applicable data without Your consent is permitted by the Privacy Laws.
